Orders ship within 5-7 business days. Every piece is made by hand, so Nikki packs each order herself.

We ship to US addresses only. Shipping is a flat rate per order: $7.99, or $15.99 when your order includes Crocs, slides or sandals.

Sales tax is added at checkout where it applies.

Stripe emails your receipt as soon as you pay.

All sales are final. We don’t accept returns or exchanges.

Please double-check your order before you pay: the items, sizes and your shipping address.

Because every piece is made by hand, colors and bead placement can vary slightly from the photos.

If we made an error with your order, such as sending the wrong item or size, please email orders@nikkisunique.com and we will review it and handle it accordingly.

Once your order has been handed to USPS, we are not responsible for any damage that occurs in transit.
